Family,

It was sooo good to be able to talk to you on Father's day!  That was so nice!

 First to tell you the news of the last transfer- and then I shall answer the questions for you! My new companion is Sister Zalazar from ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No way! I'm so happy!! I just feel this is a blessing from Heavenly Father that I get to be w/ someone from the same country that Jeffy is serving in. She is from Rosario which is not in his mission- but so neat and special, My prayers everyday is to take a tour w/Argentines that refer- that I can send a referral to Jeff's mission area that he is in. How incredible would that be. I had actually thought that before this transfer, and I was like, well, that'd mean I'd have to have a Spanish speaking comp. and initially  I thought, oh Sister Ledezma! But it never occurred to me- oh, I could get a comp. from Argentina! I pray and hope!!!!!!!! 

So we are in the south zone! My new pday is Monday. and my assignment is the apartment coordinater. So we get to do inspections....(yay.) and that kind of stuff. It's good- the Lord has blessed me with so many good assignments and comps. my whole mission- this is a good way to end. I'll be learning spanish! So I'm excited about that! 

Oh! funny story! have to tell you! We had a pretty big Mandarin tour this morning- about 16 people- and we finished at the conf. center- and we had finished and were going down to the main level after taking them to the top- so we all cram in the elevator! All 16 of us, I'm the only American, and I'm sorry, but I couldn't help it,  but "how many asians can you fit in an elevator" goes though my head...and how funny that would look watching from the outside when the doors open up, Asian after Asian comes out  , and still coming out! haha- it was funny, there was just a lot of us in one little elevator- and then, ( this will be a funny picture in your head) they wanted to go to the roof garden-SO we ALL get back in the elevator and we spend our time up top, and it's nice, in the sun, and they are taking pictures, and then we get back in the elevators to go down to the main level, and the doors are closing and one guy that was in our tour comes running towards the elevators  with his arms stretched out infront of him going ahhhhhhh like, wait for me! he kind of looked like a mummy. anyways- just a funny experience.

Okay----to answer questions!!!!! This is what I had in mind for when you come: let me know if this works ok-

1. Sunday sacrament mtg- 730am- Joseph Smith Mem. bldg.

2. Sunday morn' -9am- Music and Spoken Word @ conf. center (you sit by me!)

3. Monday-morn' -730am- transfer conf. and our departing song ( it would be so neat for you to come and see how we do that! it's always SO much fun!) 

&  tour at Welfare square during the day?

4. Tues -you drive home

5. Wednesday -arrival of large pkg- MOI!! tee hee hee!

I need to check and get permission for Boots and Jean to come.  I will have to see. Would be so fun!

Let me know what you think! Oh, such fun stuff coming ahead! So weird to think it's all in just 6 wks!

Well, that's about it- I am outta time! I just love you so much! Thank you for your love! I feel it everyday, as I pray, count my blessings, and am on Temple Square-especially looking at the "Holiness to the Lord" sign- member when you told me Mom, to think that I'm the luckiest girl in the world and that my momma loves me every time I look up at that? I do everyday when I walk past that!  Oh I just could keep typing and typing!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see you! So much love from me to all of you!!!!

Hello family!

How is everyone! I'm just doing soo well! I'm just loving life! I just feel so blessed in every way.

.The work is going great. I just feel and see how much God is sending prepared people here. I have no doubt in that. Just last night and this morning-

I had two amazing contacts w/ people- they are searching, and they came here, and they are looking. Last night- I met this

woman- Clare from CA- she's single and in the military- just our conversation was so neat- how it was led by the Spirit- she understood

that she was led here- that there was a reason she came, that she was talking to me, that she was seeing everything that she has seen.

She asked me to stay in touch with her and she gave me her email- she referred! I was able to open up the Book of Mormon and to share a scripture w/ her, and to bear testimony to her of the temple- and living a virtuous life-and the power of the priesthood. she soaked up everything, and just agreed it was so neat. She is getting deployed in a couple weeks so we'll see what happens. I was so thankful to have met her.

The contact that I had this morning was with a guy named Greg from Florida- he'd been here once before w/ his wife- but this time they were back again- with their daughter who looked about my age. I was able to talk to him- he asked where he could get a Book of Mormon, and I told him that we could have the missionaries in FL bring him one, but he wanted one now- and so I told him where the distribution center was- and then our

 conversation went from there- he asked me a lot of really sincere questions, if we believed in the gifts of the spirit, and the

laying on of hands, - and I was able to give him an articles of faith card and show him the things that we believed in. I shared w/ him how we are led by a living prophet.  He said to me more than once how he really liked our beliefs- and he hates to see how people always give us a bad rep for our beliefs. man, if people only really took the time to see and learn- they would see how much they need this blessed restored gospel. I invited him to meet w/ the missionaries, and he said he has many friends- and that he wasn't wanting to convert- but to learn how his beliefs could be united w/ ours- and I'm thinking in my head-  you came back, b/c your still searching, and you feel something here! I really coud tell of his desire. It was just great. I love experiences like these- they just give me a high!

This missionary thing is unreal . I know this church is true. It has changed my life, and it still continues to do so everyday. I am amazed how the Lord works, His love, this gospel. There is no doubt in my mind. We are so incredibly blessed.

Slight subject change.......so yesterday- Sister Yao is giving a mandarin tour-and i'm standing next to her in the Assmebly Hall- just trying to be a good support in prayer and in thought- but can't really understand what is being said, ---and I keep hearing a bunch of screaming, and I'm thinking wow- these wedding groups at the temple are loud- getting out of hand. You always hear them scream when the couple kisses and what not- but these screams kept coming - and they were the high pitched ones- like girls!  Sister Yao asks me to bear my testimony of the Book of Mormon- to this chinese couple and I'm trying to testify w/ screams in the background. so we go outside, and all of sudden I hear singing from the beautiful voice of.....................

DAVID ARCHULETA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No stinkn' way! He's just right outside the southgate across the street and he's singing my favoite song! Talk about trying to stay focused! I can't see him, I sure can hear him, and now we're outside at the Seagull monument, and of course  the two chinese and one taiwanse have no idea who this guy is- and I'm supposed to stand there... not understand what is being said in this tour, and not want to hum along in my head the words, or just run up to the gate and sneak a peak! haha- it was just funny to me. but as we rounded the corner I looked out and saw him for a brief moment! And then he starts singing  one of my favorite Rascal Flatts songs!! Oh man!

So that's my little exciting moment! The weather here is just sooo nice!
